We welcome Borko Nikolić and Bogdan Bogdanović, who strengthen our capabilities in corporate/M&A, regulatory and fraud and financial investigation.
Borko is LL.B (Belgrade) and MSc in International Law (Oxford). He is a corporate compliance and fraud investigation specialist and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), with extensive experience in judicial and criminal justice reform and good governance projects across South East Europe. His expertise spans anti-fraud and anti-corruption frameworks, financial investigations, and the use of digital evidence, as well as regulatory compliance, data protection and privacy, and risk management. He is a regular lecturer and trainer for public and private sector professionals, delivering practical, case-based instruction on anti-fraud and anti-corruption measures, financial crime detection, OSINT, digital evidence, and compliance program development.
Bogdan is a senior advisor with over 13 years of experience in multinational FMCG, including leadership roles in insights, strategy, and corporate affairs across Adriatic and the Middle East. He brings a unique blend of legal understanding, regulatory engagement, and data-driven commercial insight. He advises clients on market strategy, regulatory landscape, compliance, public affairs and stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
